CPIM 자격인증 시험 개요
총 5개 모듈로 구성되어 있던 CPIM이 2017년 11월 부로 CPIM Part 1과 Part 2의 2개 과정으로로 통합되었으며 2 과목을 모두 Pass해야 CPIM 인증이 부여됩니다.

해당 과목에서는 공급자(supplier)와 고객(customer)에 이르기까지 공급사슬망 내의 자재 흐름에 대한 기본적인 개념을 다룹니다. 공급사슬망의 개요와 기본 용어에 대한 설명, 그리고 공급사슬망의 다양한 활동들간의 관계 등 공급사슬의 전반적인 내용을 포괄적으로 다루게 됩니다.

해당 과목에서는 제조 및 서비스의 독립수요에 대한 수요관리와 이를 맞추기 위한 공급개념의 기준 계획 수립하는 개념과 기법에 대해 다루게 됩니다. 제품군 수준에서 이루어지는 판매운영계획(S&OP)와 개별 완제품 수준의 기준일정(Master Scheduling) 수립 절차를 탐구합니다.
